Open, layered interiors
Inside, the interiors were furnished by the owners in natural, tactile materials — marble, hardwood, stone, and leather — for a calm, considered feel throughout. Terracotta-brick vaulted ceilings and blue-framed windows carry the Mediterranean-Moorish theme from room to room. The living spaces flow toward the outdoor areas and the sea beyond, and each of the six bedrooms is en-suite with a TV and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms also open to private balconies with ocean views.

The outdoor living areas sit under the estate’s arches, with rustic alfresco dining, rattan seating, and a chandelier over the lounge. Beyond, a wide, even lawn runs down to a private sandy beach, where sun loungers are set at the water’s edge. The ocean and beach views are the centre of the setting, whether for a swim in the turquoise water, a walk on the sand, or a meal outdoors with the sea in view.
