What to include in your villa inquiry

The fastest way to get a relevant shortlist is to include a few specifics in your first message. At minimum, let us know your travel dates or a flexible date window, the number of adults and children in your group, and how many bedrooms you need. If you already have a destination preference — Casa de Campo, Punta Cana, or Cap Cana — tell us; if you’re still deciding, we can help you compare based on what matters most to your trip.

A rough budget range is genuinely useful rather than something to leave out. It lets us skip villas that don’t match and focus on the ones that do, instead of sending a broad list you’ll have to filter yourself. It also helps to mention any specific requirements: chef service, full staff, direct beach access, golf course proximity, wheelchair or mobility accessibility, privacy for a wedding or event, or anything else the group can’t do without.

None of this needs to be exact. A date range instead of fixed dates, an estimated guest count, or “somewhere near the beach” is enough to start a real conversation — we’ll ask follow-up questions where it matters. The goal is simply to avoid a generic list of villas and get you a shortlist that’s actually worth reviewing on the first pass.
