Ask how the bedrooms are distributed

At seven bedrooms the arrangement shapes the trip as much as the count. Some villas are a single house with the bedrooms on connected floors; others spread rooms across guest wings or casitas around a shared pool, which suits multigenerational groups who want proximity without living on top of each other. With two-queen rooms, bunk rooms and convertible beds in the mix, seven bedrooms commonly sleeps fourteen to eighteen.

Staffing and events

Villas this size are almost always staffed — housekeeping, a cook, often a butler and a groundskeeper. If the trip includes a celebration, treat event capacity as a separate question from sleeping capacity: the number of guests a villa can seat for dinner is a different figure, and some communities limit outside vendors.
